I agree Ajax has lost some key players and aren't the title threat they've been the last two years, but they will not be a pushover. They have spent to replace most of the players they lost, including buying Calvin Bassey from Rangers for a record SPL fee IIRC. Owen Wijndal, Brian Brobbey, Steven Bergwijn and Jorge Sanchez were all quality additions, and they remain the favorite for the Eredivisie title. And rumors have them eyeing Hakim Ziyech should he leave Chelsea (or Antony goes).
Even with their turnover, I still think they will finish second behind Liverpool and then bow out in the round of 16.
If CCV excels in defending against Real Madrid and RB Leipzig, those performances I think will cement his place on the plane to Qatar
If Aaronson, Weah, and Reyna are all balling you start all three. Put Weah at striker, Aaronson on the right, and start Reyna in midfield. Also add de la torre, and put Tyler Adams & Yunus Musah at center back.

Chelsea released an hour long live training session from Thursday or Wednesday and I emplore people to watch him specifically compared to the other players in his postion and the team in general when he’s doing live drills, one touch circle keep away and the 4v4.
