The tone of the Guardian's video here contrasts markedly with the BS video it posted about the Europa League final 2 weeks ago when the happy carnival atmosphere generated by Eintracht and Glasgow Rangers fans was similarly tarnished by police heavy-handedness and stadium disorganisation / confiscation of personal possessions, including medication, on a whim. I wonder why that is?

The whole mass mugging thing is especially disturbing. It’s a bit like the Rio Olympics, where gangs of youths were just preying on people right out in the open.

The French hate the English. This time Liverpool fans got it but it could have been any English team's fans. The thought that people within the UK will in the next few years want us to rejoin the EU, give up our sovereignty to be ruled by the French.

De-escalation was taught in the 90s, it's the same in Germany.
This mess was produced in long terms on purpose. The EU has become a police state where the police forces shows 0 tolerance to it's citizens. This is a mistake and will destroy the European ideals.
