Hahaha. "Ajax has sold a lot of their players." Yeah, that's what they do. They buy talented players for not that much money and raise good players in their own academy basically for free, and then they excel and get sold for absurd amounts of money. And then they use that money to buy some experienced players for the squad and some more young talent and still keep a net positive on the whole. That has been happening for a couple of years now, and it hasn't really affected them an awful lot. It's weird though, because teams buy players because they perform well for Ajax, and then they don't play them to their strengths and they disappoint in those teams subsequently. And still those teams do not learn from that.
