I find it funny how Wenger made Arsenal smaller team, because of Pep`s Barca and when Pep came to PL he made his team bigger than in the past. One of the reasons my Arsenal has not won the PL for two decades now.

If Henry remains close to Pep, Henry with this humbleness can learn a lot from Pep and become one of the finest mangers in the future.

One thing about Pep is that he understands the personality of his players and that seems to help alot.

I remember when Henry hated Pep at Barca/post-Barca bc he felt he wasn't free to play his game and got pushed off team. But years later he's discovered how smart Pep was, Pep sees more in the field than what the player sees. Glad to see this relationship be restored. Very enjoyable interview.

I like what he says about the nurturing the player's talent. De Bruyne has been so influential on the game and so consistent. The coach must have smthg to do with this. On a side note I hope De Bruyne gets the ballon d'or this season, even if it wasn't his best, he was far better than Messi with the exception of the World Cup of course…. and world cups do count, as well as Messi's aura, but come on if you take the season as a whole KdB was way above Messi.

Pep's English is borderline gibberish sometimes (his German is much better and obviously his Spanish too) but he always seems really insightful even when gramatically he makes zero sense 😂

Love the deep tactical convo between him and Henri, more of this please

Indeed an indepth interview. I thought this was going to be one of those vague interviews we see but it was very awesome. Man, Henry could be a psychologist. The way he drew Pep's thoughts for him to discuss such indepth matters abt football
