Less is more, you don't need to give it all the "x passes to y, then back to x, then back to y as he makes a darting run down the middle, followed by a pass to z who then passes back to x who made an overlapping run past both y and z on the near flank". Is it really a penalty if the ball was gonna hit the player's face anyway? The ball hits the hand first but there wasn't a significant change in its direction. It was always going to hit the defender's face.
